I came to realise a long time ago that my life was never destined to be straightforward or simple. How we imagine things to turn out, rarely happens in the way that we expect it to. These twists and turns, do however bring a certain richness to our experience, that would have been amiss, had we have chosen the easy path.
Sometimes, we are thrown a curve ball, that renders us unsteady for a time. It is how we respond that determines future possibilities. Self care, forgiving ourselves and accepting support from others are some of the ways forward. Being flexible with events has certainly helped me through some very challenging times.
As life continues on with it's spiralling course, I am assured that the energy will move and shift and pass and take us to another period of unexpected contentment. I'll meet you there my friend, I'll meet you there.
